Pål Johan Karlsen

Pål Johan Karlsen (born 1975 in Bodø) is editor in charge of Psykologisk.no, an online newspaper that promotes psychological knowledge in the social debate. He is an author with a doctorate in psychology and has, among other things, written the book What is memory. Karlsen is a member of the North Norwegian Writers' Association, and he has previously been an editor in Tidsskrift for the Norwegian Psychological Association and a columnist in A-magasinet and Dagbladet Magasinet. He also has a background as a psychology lecturer at UiT Norway's Arctic University in Tromsø, where he has taught psychology students about memory.
