Katja Eyde Jacobsen

Katja Eyde Jacobsen (b. 1978 ) is a norwegian filmmaker She has been the dean of Nordland Kunst- og Filmhøgskole- an education of moving images located in Kabelvåg, Lofoten, since 2016. The programme is a new education developed by artists and filmmakers. Jacobsen also created the production collective Alternativet with fellow filmmakers Guro Bruusgaard, Mariken Halle og Magnus Mork, and her new feature «The other Sex» will be produced within the structure. She has made several shorts and a feature that has been shown in a range of festivals nationally and internationally.
